How it works

Our goal is to help you create a unique experience for you and your guests. Depending on the size of your party and budget, we offer various options to customize to your needs.

Options range from self-serve DIY, where you pick up the by the gallon to full onsite services, where our bobaristas will make and serve your guests from our truck.

Self-Serve

If you are hosting a small gathering, create a DIY bubble tea bar for your guests to enjoy! Due to the nature of our menu, we only offer your favorite milk teas and/or fruit tea by the gallon. No desserts available for DIY packages. Add-ons are available with our premium package.

Since our tea is made fresh to order, we recommend serving within a 6-8 hour time frame from receiving your order to ensure freshness and preserve the quality of the beverages. Leftovers can be refrigerated; however, the tea loses its strength over time. As if there will be any leftovers to worry about it.

All DIY requests must be received at least 1 week prior to event to ensure our bobaristas have adequate time to prepare your order for pick up. Delivery service is available upon request for extra service fee, depending on location and availability. Full payments are required at time of booking. No refunds or changes to requests allowed within 72 hours of arranged time. Changes may be subject to extra charges and fees.

Pre-Orders

Ideal for parties with little to no set up

Pre-order for your party, office, or get-together. Drinks come assembled and ready to go. You can select your drinks or have us pick the top sellers. Your guests can grab a cup and a straw and enjoy the party. No set up required. Minimum 20 cups.

Full on-site service

For large parties and events, we offer on-site services where we bring the truck to parTea with you! Our bobaristas will be on-site to make and serve your guests.

Various packages are available with our on-site service option. You can choose to have a limited portion of our menu, a combination or be extra (cool) and have it all. We can hash it out during your consultation to customize a package that fits your event.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we ask that you submit your request at least 14 days in advance for best preparation and consultation. All on-site services require 50% down payment at the time of your confirmed reservation and full payment 7 days prior to scheduled event. Since preparations are required to ensure best service and quality ingredients, no refunds or changes allowed after full payment accepted. Changes after the initial payment may be subject to extra charges and fees. Additional fees for travel may apply depending on location.
